Bonjour, depuis quelque temps il m'est impossible d'envoyer un mail vers une adresse Gmail. à chaque fois le mail me reviens avec ce message d'erreur ci dessous. J'ai cru voir que plusieurs personnes ont ce problème mais aucun des sujet n'a réellement su m'aider, j'ai l'impression qu'il s'agit beaucoup du cas par cas. Merci pour votre aide

Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour votre réponse. En effet je vois chez wix que je n'ai aucun enregistrement SPF ou même TXT. Cependant j'en ai bien un sur mon OVH, quel serait la valeur que je devrais indiquer dans celui de WIX? s'agit t'il du même enregistrement SPF que dans OVH? et dans OVH dois-je utiliser le SPF mutualisé pour OVH ou un SPF personalisé? Chez OVH votre zone DNS est à l'abandon puisque vous avez opté pour une gestion par Wix, mais ça peut servir d'inspiration pour faire des copier/coller.

IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ptr include:mx.ovh.com ~all"
est ce que cela devrait suffire? je l'indique dans le champs TXT car c'est ce que WIX conseille à ce que j'ai pu voir

Non faut utiliser "v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com ~all" conformément à la documentation OVH.
