My site isn’t HTTPS by default + another error

Hello,

On this page it explains that an SSL certificate is free and automatically activated for my domain names. However, that is absolutely not the case, no certificate for my site… Moreover, if I click on my site then the SSL certificate tab, I cannot order one because an error message appears: domain '``uefpago.cluster100.hosting.ovh.net``' is forbidden

Why am I not entitled to a free Let's Encrypt certificate? And why this bug?

Hello @oxo

Here is the guide to enable SSL on your site:

Hello, use your own domain name, not OVH's service address.

ovh.net is a domain that does not belong to you and you cannot order an SSL.
