I am looking for someone who could help me directly, preferably for a fee, to resolve several technical problems related to my OVH hosting / my WordPress site.
Unfortunately I am not comfortable with technical manipulations and, despite several exchanges with OVH support, I cannot solve the situation on my own.
I currently have two needs:
My mailbox contact@oryastudio-yoga.com
I do receive emails, but I can no longer send them from Mail on my Mac or my phone. I have already performed several steps requested by OVH, but the problem persists.
I am hesitant to keep changing the settings myself because I fear I might end up unable to receive emails as well.
Access to my WordPress site
My site is still online, but I no longer have access to the WordPress admin. My old password is no longer recognized and I do not receive the email that allows me to reset the password.
OVH sent me a guide to change the password via phpMyAdmin, but I unfortunately do not understand the required steps.
I am therefore looking for a person who is proficient with OVH, WordPress, and email configuration, and who could handle these manipulations with me remotely, for a fee.
I really prefer to be guided directly rather than continue following tutorials I don’t understand.
If you are available or know someone reliable who offers this type of service, I would be delighted to discuss it with you.
Mac message: Check the address of the recipient(s) of the message. Also check the SMTP server settings in the Mail preferences as well as the advanced settings with your system administrator.
The server response was: An error occurred while sending this message via the SMTP server “(null)”.
Select another outgoing server from the list below or click “Try later” to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent.
iPhone message:
Failed to send email
the username or password for “contact@...” is incorrect
I’d check the SMTP details first, especially the password and authentication method.
If those are correct, I’d test the account through OVH webmail to narrow down where the issue is.
