Pourquoi les mises à jour Wordpress ne se font pas, code erreur : impossible de copier le fichier

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème pour faire les mises à jour sur mon site Wordpress depuis trois jours.

Au départ, la mise à jour de mon thème me demandait de me reconnecter au serveur OVH, j'ai entré le login, l'adresse du serveur et le mot de passe : il me dit que l'extension n'arrive pas à copier ou de créer le fichier. Maintenant j'ai 4 mise à jour en attente avec toujours le même problème.

Est-ce que quelqu'un à un début de solution à ça ? Pour info j'ai une connexion à FileZilla possible donc ça montre que le mdp est le bon.

I would assert with near certainty that:

either your disk space is full,
or your site has been hacked and the hacker modified access permissions.

I don’t know which plugin the crypto.php script belongs to, but personally I would temporarily disable this plugin.

I don't think it comes from a plugin.

Either your disk space is full, or there is a problem with the access permissions on that file or the folder containing it.

Check where you stand with your quota
Open Filezilla, navigate to this directory, and compare the file sizes and access permissions with what you see below:

I just logged into Filezilla, and I checked the file sizes, everything looks correct.

However, I don't have the Permissions column.

I have an Access Rights column. Is it the same thing?

I assume you are connected via FTP rather than SFTP with FileZilla.

OVH will not manage your WordPress installation. It’s up to you to do it, and the support response goes in that direction. Otherwise, they would need 1,000 more people in support …

Here is an example on a test site I installed recently in 6.9.
This site automatically migrated to 7.0 while my older sites require a manual operation to move from 6.x to 7.x.

On this site that automatically moved to 7.0, some plugins are not auto‑updating and I don’t know why.
