Hello,
I created my first OVHcloud Public Cloud project and activated it in Full mode. During activation, OVHcloud displayed: “Congratulations! You are receiving 200 € credits” and the FREETRIAL promotion was already applied.
However, after activation, Credits & Vouchers shows “No result”. My current usage and billing history are also €0.00 because I haven't used any resources yet.
I already opened a support ticket (CS16687040) to ask OVHcloud to confirm that the €200 credit is active, but I haven't received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced the same thing? Is it normal for the €200 credit not to appear under Credits & Vouchers?
