Hello, I’ve been encountering this problem since I changed my domain name.
In multisite for my new domain msinfosoft.fr it displays "." instead of "www" for the root folder.
I think the issue comes from there or from my DNS zone configuration (default OVH setup redirecting to the OVH cluster pointing to the IP of my hosting).
If you have any information, I’d appreciate it; I can’t seem to untangle this problem.
You’re experiencing a small pointing issue to fix it, nothing could be simpler:
Step 1 of 5: Click on your hosting under the "Hosting" section Step 2 of 5: Go to the "Multisite" category Step 3 of 5: Click the three dots to the right of your domain name, then click "edit domain" Step 4 of 5: In the "Root folder" field, please enter "www" Step 5 of 5: Do the same for the "www" subdomain
You will need to wait or clear your browser cache for the change to take effect, and your site will display the data in the "www" folder.

Could you provide a screenshot of the entire page with a filter for "A":
See --> OVH Manager > Web Cloud > Domain > YourDomain > DNS Zone
See --> OVH Manager > Web Cloud > Domain > YourDomain > General Information
Could you also give us a screenshot (full page, including the left‑hand menu) of:
See --> OVH Manager > Web Cloud > Hosting > YourDomain > General Information
See --> OVH Manager > Web Cloud > Hosting > YourDomain > Multisite
I have contacted OVHcloud support several times over the past weeks, as the issue seems to stem from a blocked operation.
The "creating" status prevents me from changing the association of my domain name with my hosting. Moreover, the currently assigned root folder is incorrect, and I cannot modify it without OVHcloud support's intervention.
This situation is becoming seriously problematic and particularly frustrating, especially since it has persisted for several weeks despite my support requests.
I don't know what to do anymore...
