They are never available, I check at least twice a day everyday but always out of stock.
Can anyone tell me when they will be?

Although I've not had good luck with the above website. A few times I checked the e-mail within 15-60 minutes and the it was already out of stock.
I would recommend checking the SYS website frequently… I managed to get myself the 6TB storage server (although I was aiming for 4TB, but again it was out of stock).
It would good if there was a pre-ordering process where you wait in a queue for stock but then I think some people would pre-order and forget about it and then cancel the services.
