Terraform Virtual Private Servers

Hello Everyone.

I would like to use Terraform to manage some Virtual Private Servers on OVH. I have looked at the OVH provider and modules, but I'm confused about what to use, or if Terraform with VPS is even possible.

If I can use Terraform to create and manage a VPS, do I need to use the OpenStack provider?
