I am using premium hosting for my website and its working fine overall. But when it comes to email, everytime i send an email, I get error. I dont know if it has to do with IP address or some other factors?
I tried to watch youtube videos but still it doesnt work.
Kindly guide me in this regard.

Have you tried connecting through webmail? This way you can verify that the password is correct. Additionally, I recommend that you visit the https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm/es-es-mx-plan-email-diagnosis?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0051873 advanced email usage section.
