Urgent Help Needed: High CPU Usage on Shared Server with Web Cloud Database

Hello OVH Community,

I am encountering a serious issue with high CPU usage on my shared server, which is affecting my website's performance significantly. Recently, OVH notified me that my CPU usage had been throttled for 25% of the last 24 hours. The advice provided was to optimize queries, add indexes, or split databases across multiple CloudDBs due to high utilization.

This notification has me concerned, especially since the CPU usage issue seems to be escalating. My website is powered by PrestaShop, and I'm using an OVH Web Cloud Database.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from the community on this matter:

Has anyone else experienced similar CPU usage issues on a shared server, particularly with a Web Cloud Database?
Are there specific PrestaShop modules known to cause such issues, or could this be related to database configuration?
What steps can I take to diagnose and resolve these high CPU usage issues effectively?
Any suggestions on tools or strategies for optimizing my database or identifying problematic modules would be extremely helpful. I'm eager to resolve this issue to prevent further performance degradation of my website.

Despite reviewing the server logs, I haven't been able to pinpoint any specific activities or processes that are contributing to this excessive CPU use.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
