Why Support not response to my support ticket?

I have been waiting for 5 days and until now i not receive any response from support.
already create the support ticket with case no. CS15186069

My dedicated server reinstall has been stuck for 5 days with the following status:

“The installation request has been processed. Waiting for operation to complete (1/1)”

During this time, the server automatically booted into:

rescue64-ovh – Internal rescue (DEPRECATED, please use rescue-techdc)

This server is currently unusable and causing service downtime.
