Database creation impossible due to an uppercase letter in the username

Hello,

I have a personal plan that just received four new databases due to the new hosting types.

Problem: the login of the user associated with this hosting contains an uppercase letter.

When I try to create the MySQL database, I'm prompted to create a MySQL user that starts with xxxxxL.

In the end I get this message: "An error occurred while requesting the creation of the database. (User must begin by xxxxxxl)" <- without the uppercase.

Create an Incident ticket:

Manager OVH > https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/useraccount/dashboard > My support requests > Create a request / ticket

then:

Call OVH support at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
Preferably between 8am and 9am in the morning, or around 3pm there is less waiting.

19 days later, my request was finally processed successfully. It was extremely long and tedious (having to repeat several times what the problem was), as if the human/AI had forgotten all its context between each message.
